OH MAN. WHITE KIDS ON FACEBOOK. I keep trying to collect them, but they just don’t get it! Once I called out a kid named Neil Summers who posted a picture with the n-word. I told him, this is racist. I’m not rude when I say these things, I know these kids are ignorant as fuck. But then they blow the fuck up. “NO, IT’S NOT RACIST.” Then they fail, spectacularly, to justify it. Nope. Look, I’ll even do the hashtag thing: #whiteprivilege

That was great, though. “The n-word is only racist if it ends in ‘er’ I’m spelling it with an ‘a’ not racist!!!” Kept deleting my comments until finally blocking me, haha. Racist fuck. 

Anyway, got another racist on FB. This time I was smart and screencapped it. Compared to other instances, FB racism may not be a big deal, but these kids need to learn. So now I got this one: 

I point out, not rudely at all!, that the term is racist. Comes back with how she’s Native American. I know she’s not. (Oh, I’m also on my hubby’s acct.) I have a closer “ancestry,” but I’m still white as shit. It’s still not an excuse. Her white friend comes to her defense. I attempt to educate her. She ignored it.

HOW DO PEOPLE NOT GET THIS.

That last one didn’t go through; she blocked me after name-calling. She’s like, 18 years old…? People need to grow up. Both of those crackers. I don’t care if I’m making a big deal out of shit. If I have a chance to speak up, I’m going to make sure these fuckers understand it. Someone, if I’m putting my own privilege on display, please call me out. Please tell me if I’m being silly. Otherwise, I’m not going to let this stupidity slide. Racism is racism is racism!
